The location is ideal for metro use. Very easy to get around. The staff were also fantastic. I don’t know the name of the gentleman that works regularly but he’s a gem! It could use some updating for sure but the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked too well at moments. When we first walked in we thought “what in the world” but after three weeks of travel across the country this was one of our best stays. You are paying for location! Our balcony was amazing as well.

Location excellent for access to metro lines. Walking distance to good restaurants, opera theatre area. This was my 3rd stay in Paris hotels. I would definitely choose this hotel next time. Small fridge, coffee machine. Helpful staff. Others have mentioned the metro noise. Yes you can hear the rumble at quite times (early morning)but it is not an issue and not that loud. Ask for room that does NOT face the street if a concerned.

Room was small but clean, free coffee and tea was placed. Altough it is located next to main train station and in a square room was so silent. Small Balcony was the best place to chill. Close to shopping area where Lafayette and other main stores. Close to undergorund (2 mins walk). Close to suypermarkets.

The location was excellent. This was our second stay at The Le Grand Hotel De Normandie and it was grand. Aly the night manager was with us the first trip and this trip, he is an exceptional value and one main reason why we stayed again thus trip. The housekeeping is accommodating and excellent.
